HR Miller is a trusted name for custom made furniture, and manufacturer and supplier of a wide range of furniture at a reasonable price and timelines.
Every customer is a part of our family. We build a client for life. As clients grow, our business grows as well; as we at all times, know their needs and expectations. In our journey of last years, we have never looked back and our performance has steadily improved by repeat orders from our clients and partners. Because of the consistent quality of products, our resistance to sell is, near zero. We call every customer ‘life time customer’. Even though, our variety of product is large, it is our commitment to meet just in time delivery, maintain zero defect and quality/usability of products.
HR Miller suppliers and distribution partners are highly trusted and efficient. We built with them a long term relationship on a professional way, by shared goodwill, partner in success and profit, and face challenges together. Our problem is their problem and so is, their problem, ours. Our distribution partners and showrooms can be found across all major cities and towns in India.
Our head office and manufacturing plant is located in Boranada, Jodhpur Rajasthan. Manufacturing facilities are state of the art and are consistently improving. Logistics of supply chain is developed to cover all India markets.
Information technology is the next step of our strategy which will bring us to clients, more closely. In time to come, we will have a real time order tracking system for clients/ project/ distribution partners. This order tracking will be integrated with production and supply chain system. We hope to minimize inventory, reduce uncertainty and costs, and maintain a transparent system of just in time delivery for every order and information sharing.
We are environmentally very conscious. Products that we produce come from sustainable sources and do not cause adverse impact on the human and natural environment. We hold third party certification based on international standards that confirm a state of readiness of our management system for quality, environment and occupational health and safety and energy management. We produce our own solar energy on roof top installation, to compliment some part of the energy requirement. We comply with all relevant regulations in India.
